bouken
I went to Sukumasa to maintain my GW points.
I was wondering what to buy since the natural farming of San-do was expensive and Eiko-Fuji-Aizan was sold out, so I chose this one.
I thought it was the first time, but it seemed to be a renewal of the one I drank two years ago. It has a fruity ginjo aroma and a fine gasiness. The end taste is a bitterness. It has a light taste typical of summer sake.
I think it has more bitterness than other Koshi.
Not that this one wasn't good, but the next time I don't find something I want in Sukumasa, I'll go for the Masamune instrumental 😁.
It's been 3 days since I opened it and it's getting sweeter and better. I think it's rare to find a Kouko that rises from the bottom.
