I thought Toyobai Urara was only available in Aomori. I saw it and bought it. The label is a beautiful cherry blossom color and looks very tasty.
Now let's drink it. The aroma is more refined than that of Toyobai Rice, but it still retains the Toyobai gene with a hint of apple sweetness. Next is the mouthfeel. The soft, slightly sweet brewing water characteristic of Toyobai is still pleasant and I like it. Now, for a Toyobai, it is very mild. The sweetness is like apples or cherries, which calm down in exchange for the gorgeousness, so you can drink it slowly without getting tired. Although it is a junmai ginjo, the aftertaste is bittersweet and calm, like a special junmai. The sharpness is moderate but just right to match the others.
I knew Toyobai was very tasty. Thank you again for this evening!

It's a surprise, isn't it? Even in Tokyo, there are a limited number of stores that specialize in Toyobai, and as far as I know, this is the only store that sells Urara. Please give it a try!
