The last bottle I had bought before I got sober. The one I hid from my wife so she wouldn't drink it 🤣.
It is not sweet but has a gaseous taste and a nice bitter acidity that is indescribably delicious.
It's very drinkable, but it's not too heavy, so the sake goes down very well 👍but thinking about my health, I finished it after three glasses (I'm a great guy).
I went to bed without my wife. The next morning, the sake was empty 😂.
