I was really looking forward to this one, Cicadas of the Eastern Crane: ❤️
As it turns out, I liked it a lot 💕😋💕.
It has a very juicy flavor that is typical of Azuma Tsuru, and the acidity comes in to tighten the aftertaste. It is said to be black malted rice.
I also really like the clear crispness: ❤️
