Michizakura純米大吟醸 きたしずく45 生
酔nosuke
We will be having Kitashizuku 45 from the Sanzen Sakura Sake Brewery, which moved its sake brewery from Gifu Prefecture to Hokkaido in the 143rd year since its establishment.
The top aroma is modest, but a gorgeous fragrance spreads as you take a sip, followed by a hint of honey and a raw aroma. As you continue drinking, the temperature rises and the sweetness becomes richer, with a pleasant acidity and bitterness at the end. The final taste is pleasantly acidic and bitter, with a clean, refreshing flavor and a crisp finish.
