Sake from Tokyo, written "Yamori" and read "Okunokami". The rice is Yatan-nishiki from Hiroshima.
The aroma is typical of nama-zake, and the sweetness comes in a sizzle along with the crispness, making it delicious. I think it has a freshness that is different from that of yogurt.
