HijiriHIZIRIZM 渡船 活性酒

On the second night of this great adventure, I drank the different sake rice of Hijirizumu that I bought in Gunma 😋 I had checked out some izakayas with a good selection of sake, but I had a really delicious katsudon (the 4th one) for lunch and it was still sitting in my stomach at 8pm, so I decided to drink the sake in the room while it was still good. I'm going to consume it in the room while it's still good 😅.
This hijirizumi made with Watari-bune, has a distinctive bitter taste. The one I drank yesterday with rice from Gunma had no bitterness at all and was just easy to drink, whereas this one with Watabune from Shiga has a bitter finish that leads to a sharp taste. I like the bitterness because I don't dislike it, and it was delicious, but I personally have to give the edge to the Gunma rice. When it comes down to it, it's a matter of preference. The delicate flavor is the same, and it depends on how much you accept the bitterness.
But it is delicious.
In addition, the horse sashimi was really delicious and I couldn't get enough 😋.

Good evening, Wakata-san. I'm sure you took the train from Nagano to Gunma to Aizu to Miyagi 😳I'd like to try the fresh sake while it's still tasty! I'm too foul to drink different sake and rice in the same room and eat horse sashimi as a side dish. ❣️ I'm so jealous 🤣

Hi Hirupeko, good morning 😃harder than the train 😃Osaka to Gunma is by car🚙, Gunma to Aizu is by bullet train🚅, and Koriyama to Miyagi is by bus🚌. Fukushima's horse sashimi was so delicious, so soft and good with sake, I was really crazy about it💕.

Thank you for your concern about the typhoon 🌀, Hirupeko-san 😊I'm enjoying my trip in every way possible, but I'm only worried about the typhoon💦I've been wandering around for quite a long time, so I'm afraid to go back to Osaka and come back to reality😱.

Wakata-san, here too😄♪
I see that you also bought this hijirizumu active sake: ❣️ I had a hard time deciding which one to buy because there were 3 kinds in the sacred place and I chose the white malted rice one😊I heard that this one has a characteristic bitter taste, so I guess I am glad I chose the white malted rice one 😊.

Thank you very much, Tsubu-chan😊I really think it was a good choice to choose the white malted rice. Of course it's delicious too, but I feel a little uncomfortable because I drank the white malted rice first, which is nothing but delicious.
