Today it will be a figure, Yamatanosugata.
It is a Tochigi Prefecture sake.
My cousin lives in Tochigi, so he bought it for me when he went back to his hometown for the Bon Festival.
I drink Sake Sagata once in a while, but this is my first time to drink it.
When I drank it, it was easy to drink, with a sweetness leading type. It is easy to drink, but at the end you can feel the sharpness like a dry sake. It also has a strong alcohol taste. This is the type of drink that you should be careful not to drink too much and get intoxicated before you know it😅.
It goes well with the gyoza (dumplings) I bought with it. In return, I will send you crab and Kikuhime when winter comes.

Hi Jay & Nobby✋!
Utsunomiya Gyoza is still outstanding 😃They also send us strawberries, which are also delicious. Ishikawa Prefecture is rich in seafood and cheap, so we often send crab and nodoguro (sea urchin).

Good evening, Mr. Chaso 🌙
I drank it last year 😋🥰It's delicious 🥰It's made from 8 different types of sake rice, so when I was drinking it, I felt different tastes from one to another and thought it was an interesting sake 😄It's one I want to drink again this year ❣️

Hi, Tsubu✋.
This is delicious. I thought it would be more of a classic from the name, but it's a modern type that's easy to drink. I thought it was an interesting drink too 😃.
