It's a light nigori, but you can't taste the unique nigori flavor. It has a wonderful balance of acidity, sweetness and fruity aroma. The juiciness of the sake makes it a very tasty sake. It goes well with Ate.
Pairing with Ate
Fried gizzard
Dried and grilled red flounder
Fried Egg
Fried Chicken
