It is finally September from here, and we are back to the outside drinking report.
Another first for me, Kan Hokuto ⭐︎
I didn't drink it when I went to Hakata in the summer.
The sweetness comes through quickly and flows smoothly with a dry, low bitterness.
It is a hiyaoroshi, which means it is aged a little, but it is dry so it goes perfectly with sashimi 🐟.

I didn't know you could drink KANHOKUTO in Kansai, too!
The autumn version is dry, but the winter version is my favorite raw sake!

I was looking at their website and thought it was a nice winter draft 👀.
I'll have to try it if I ever make it to Fukuoka in the winter ✨.
