Pioneering because I've never had it Red sake made from ancient rice Pure rice class Sweet and sour with a strong acidity. A unique aroma lingers afterwards. It's not my favorite, but it's drinkable. I can't drink it alone for a long time. When paired with sashimi It's easy to drink with sashimi. But the acidity is too strong. Maybe it's better to drink it with more oily food.
