The label is cool! I bought it!
(I wasn't sure if it was worth the price because it's a bit expensive, but I thought it must be worth the price if it's a Kamikame)
It's great warmed up!
When warmed up, it has a solid body and the flavor spreads quickly, and the aroma is of maturity. The aroma is unique, but it's not the same as aged aroma, and it has a nutty, addictive aroma with nuances of nuts and pickled ginger.
The sweetness is dry and the sharpness is excellent. 😋😋😋😋
This sake is a blend of 4-year-old and 5-year-old aged sake.
Shinkame for sure. So, is this what aging is all about? I thought.
I'm convinced that 4,066 yen without tax is a good price.
