Sake purchased at Takashimaya where Neemuchi and I stopped by in a tongue-tied state at the end of the Gifu Sake Event😅.
I've been curious about this sake for a while, but I bought it now😅.
Slightly effervescent and petit. It tastes like muscat. Gentle sweetness and koji-like taste.
I think Katanozakura is my favorite Osaka sake.
Until last year, my first choice was Sen no Rikyu, but for various reasons 🙄.
It tastes like melon after a few days of opening it.
