Kangiku's active nigori has been officially added to the lineup this year.
The name "Shiraginkai" is beautiful✨.
Activated nigori at this time of the year is a genre I'd be tempted to buy as a top priority 😄.
The fizziness is not as strong as I imagined, and the lightness of the mouthfeel and fairly firm sweetness stand out.
After the second day, you won't feel the fizziness as much and the sweetness will become quite bitter, so it's best to finish it the same day you open it 😁.
I'd rather drink it with Western food with a strong flavor than Japanese food 😋.

I recently had a bottle of this and it was great when I opened the bottle 😋.
On the third day, it lost its gassy feeling and was very dry 😱.
I recommend drinking it up as soon as possible after opening the bottle 😉.
