I was told that squid from Yobuko was served,
I ordered "Mitsui no Kotobuki", a locally brewed sake.
It's the season for squid 🦑.
The squid is huge! The meat is firm and super delicious 🤩.
The sake is also moderately dry and great 😁.
I heard it's a limited edition sake from Sumiyoshi Shuppan, so other than the slam dunk label, this might be my first time 😅.
