Freshness and fire-roasted calmness on the palate. The contents are similar to daiginjo, so the sweetness is elegant and beautiful. Medium-bodied, with a light and cohesive body despite being tapped with ori, the sweetness is light and soft with a ginjo feel, the acidity is juicy and elegant with a gentle citrus bitterness that does not become too heavy even when the ori is involved. The spiciness is not noticeable but moderate and tightens the flavor. 😍
