Long time no see, Mr. Fukurokuju!
While I was not able to come to the store, the Koei Chrysanthemum series, which I love so much, was sold more and more, so you left it without opening it properly!
Thank you very much 😊.
So, we started with a comparison of three different kinds of sake: ▶️
Spring Sake, Anastasia Green Unfiltered Nama Sake
Two of the three are regular nigori-no-gorigo
One is a light nigori (nigori is a cloudy taste).
It is a fresh sake with a slight sourness.
Tiny bubbles in the glass!
We were busy today, so it came back to life!
We brought baumkuchen with a stick for our customers at the baumkuchen expo being held at the Daimaru Sapporo Exhibition Hall!
Everyone was so happy!
Now, let's get into the spirit of drinking!
A rare and new menu item for appetizers.
a new menu with a lot of knowledge
We received a chrysanthemum variety called "Anastasia Green", named after "Anastasia", which means "resurrected woman" in Greek, a European woman's name, and is as gorgeous as fireworks.
