I was able to taste the new sake!
The last dish of the day was rice cooked with sake rice!
Yamadanishiki from Tojo, Hyogo Prefecture!
This is my first time to try it!
According to the master, sake rice is a bit more expensive than edible rice!
He said it was up to you to decide if it tasted good or not!
The rice was a little dry.
