The color was a little brown and there was not much aroma.
When drunk, it was impressive for its strength, but there was not much of a lingering aftertaste.
When heated, the strength of the first sip was lessened, but the umami and acidity spread further down the throat, making it very easy to drink.
It was very easy to drink. We enjoyed it with nabe (hot pot), and it went very well with it.
