Today is my first time drinking Hououmita. This is a sake that I bought a while ago and decided to drink today. This is because the rice used is called "Sakemira". It is the name of the rice used, but I felt it was a special name. My mother's birthday is tomorrow, and she wanted my father to have a birthday home party this year, so we finished the new vaccination for the elderly by today! We had a birthday party today at my parents' house (3 minutes walk) and drank this drink together 😊My mother loves alcohol and loves her family, but last year was her first birthday after the state of emergency was lifted and she couldn't get together with her family 😭 Nowadays, we can't even get together with our loved ones and friends whenever we want It's been a long time since we've had a chance to get together with our loved ones and friends 😭, but I feel like the future is starting to unfold now that vaccines are slowly making their way into the world.
