Two rabbits today!
PB sake from Nagoya liquor store, Sake Sento Horiichi ✨.
This one had a rabbit on the back label 🐇🐇.
Yesterday's Maruishi was made with Yamadanishiki from Okazaki.
This one is also Yamada Nishiki, though the place of origin is unknown!
Usually Futa-Usagi is made with No.7 yeast.
but this one is No.6 yeast!
The gasiness is mild, but more than Maruishi's ✨.
The sweetness that is typical of Ni-Usagi is moderate, and the fruity acidity comes out and it is easy to drink 😋.
Personally, I preferred the Maruishi version, which has a strong Ni-Rabbit feel, but the Thema was also easy to drink and delicious 😊.

Wow, I didn't know there was such a thing❗️
For a moment it looked like a bottle of tonic shampoo 😁.
Oh, just me 🤣.

Good morning, Haruei Chichi!
The label certainly doesn't look like sake✨.
There seems to be a lot of people in Aichi who love Ni-Rabbit 😋.

Hello 😃
You have now defeated half of the rabbits 🐇🐇🐇🐇 🤣.
Are the rest of the rabbits PB or limited edition sake? 🤔
I'm looking forward to opening the bottle 🎶.

I'm still at 🐇🐇🐇🐇🤣
