ワカ太
Atago no Matsu is said to have been a favorite sake of the poet Bansui Doi, who wrote the lyrics to "The Moon Over the Deserted Castle.
It has an elegant sweetness and a refreshing taste that is the essence of Miyagi sake. The use of locally produced Sasanishiki (Sasanishiki rice) in this sake is a sign of Miyagi pride. The refreshing citrusy acidity provides an aftertaste that is delicious even when drunk at room temperature 😄.
We went to a popular oden restaurant for lunch and had delicious oden and atago no matsu. Too good ❤️
