According to the liquor store where I bought it, Hiran is a sake that is worth pursuing even if it's not Happy New Born, and the taste changes slightly depending on when it's bottled.
I thought it was normal, but I couldn't resist. I was so excited to see this one 😁.

It is lightly cloudy when poured into a glass.
It gets darker and darker as it gets smaller and smaller.
（It's not very fragrant, but when you taste it, you'll be surprised.)
It doesn't have a strong aroma, but when you put it in your mouth, you can feel its gorgeousness blooming.
It is fresh, gorgeous, juicy, grape-like and refreshing.
There is no sweetness at all and the aftertaste is refreshing.
