This is good, similar to Iwaki Kotobuki's "Shirouma".
But it doesn't gush out, it's a good sake!
It has a thick lees like muddy sake? There was a leesiness like muddy sake.
But it doesn't bother me, and there is little sweetness.
It's crisp, but gentle!
There was another version at the funky liquor store, I had to buy it!
