It is a summer-only special junmai sake that is light, crisp, and soothing in the summer heat.
As the description says, it is refreshing and does not disturb the food.
A bottle was quickly consumed.
It is very good as a food wine at this time of the year when it is getting hot and humid, and when one's appetite is slightly down.
