Hirotogawa Junmai Nigori.
We managed to get a bottle of Hirotogawa nigori again this year!
First, we had the supernatant.
The top nose has a pleasant aroma of muscat and peach, and the secondary fermentation in the bottle gives it a pleasant gaseous sensation.
The fruity sweetness is typical of Yume-no-Ko, and despite being nigori sake, it has a mild texture on the tongue, with a beautiful acidity and a firm bitterness to tighten the finish.
When mixed with ori, the impression of umami is enhanced and the balance is further improved. This exquisite balance is still the best!

I finally got my third shipment of Hirotogawa nigori from a local liquor store! It is one of the best nigori sake! The one square bottle will be gone soon!

Really, it's the top taste of nigori sake 😆 the problem is that it's so good that it gets empty quickly 😅.
