The owner is from Nanao on his mother's side. Not because of that, but today's sake is made from Ishikawa. Sake books are lined up in the store. I was so happy to see the sansanma from Ogikubo, not Meguro. Even the skin soaks up the aroma and is delicious. It is not Japanese to leave the skin of grilled fish. Anyway, I downed my first cup in one gulp. It is sweet, soft, easy to drink, and terrifying.
