Refreshing sake. The aroma is faintly sweet. There is a gentle acidity and sharpness that spreads bouffant while also being mellow on the palate. The aroma spreads in the mouth anyway, and a good balance of sweetness and bitterness like a soft drink is asserted!
The text color of the Hakusen label is also nice. I am worried about the damage from the earthquake.
