We are preparing for winter by putting out the kotatsu and having nabe for dinner. Today, I opened a bottle of "Saku" Aizan, which I had been saving! The taste is promised to be delicious. We have nothing but high expectations.
When the bottle is opened and poured, it has a beautiful, clear, yet strawberry-like sweet aroma.
The mouthfeel is just as beautiful as the aroma, and the sweetness and deliciousness come out in a sizzle! The balance between the quality of the sake and the flavor is nothing short of amazing ✨.
The sweetness of the fruitiness of strawberries and other fruits with a bit of astringency. It's not too sweet, but it's elegant and you can drink it as much as you want.
The aftertaste disappears quickly, so it's perfect on its own or with a meal!
It is really a good combination of "Saku" and Aizan!
Combined with the nabe, be careful not to drink too much.
