(The percentage and flavor changes depending on the season.) It has a smooth, glossy, mellow, and soft texture. The sweet ginjo aroma of koji is accompanied by a fruity and floral aroma that reminds me of melon and pineapple drops. The aftertaste is slowly sweet and bitter, with a lingering full-bodied aftertaste.
