HAMA BAR②. The second drink of the five-drink comparison is this one, which is written as "Laughing Sake" and reads as "Egushi". It is made from 100% Yamada-Nishiki rice grown under contract with local farmers. The aroma was not very pleasant, but it was rich, mellow, slightly dry, and well balanced. This HAMABAR is located in a station where trains rarely pass, but when he saw me drinking it, he asked me to have one too. He said he missed the train (the timetable of conventional lines had changed after the opening of the Shinkansen bullet train on 9/23) and had to kill two hours by touring sake breweries. I laughed 🤭 because there was only laughing sake.

Good evening, Choroki! This was my second visit to HAMA BAR since last May and it's great 😊. I mean, I'm too envious of Auberge 😆 I really want to go here... and came back with a picture of the building ☺️.
