I've had the fire-brewed version in the past, but this year I bought it because they are releasing a draft. It is said to be a raw sake, though it is not written on the bottle. It is made with 1801 yeast, which is a floral yeast.

Sweet aroma like apple. When you drink it, the initial sweetness lasts until the end and disappears. Cute sweetness from start to finish. Much more impressive than fire-roasted. It is delicious and cosy for using Aizan 😋.
Tastes like a bite of lightly seasoned apple in syrup.
I think this is the best sake I've ever had from Yukihikoyama.

Hello 😃
Oh no, it's good.
I hear what you say about the taste, it may have the sweetness of Aizan, but it's not as dense (dull?) as it should be. It doesn't seem to be like that. I would like to try it. I guess I can't get it in the Kanto area!

Ane, good evening 😸.
It may be a solid drink but certainly not kudos. Oh, maybe it is luxurious? I don't know 🤣It certainly doesn't look like it's available in many stores in Kansai 🤔.
