February 2: Setsubun - 2 I grilled sardines for Setsubun. I was wondering what would go well with it... 🤔 Dora-chan said I was wondering what would go well with sardines... 🤔Dora-chan said "There is Tengu-mai! There is Tengu Mai that goes well with Iwashi🐟☝️ I think I drank it last year for Setsubun. I think it was Tengu Mai..." And she brought out 🍁 hiyaoroshi😄. I didn't know there were still some left 😝. Now it's time to open the bottle ✨🥂✨ Sweet and sour with a nice aroma. Full of flavor 😋😋😋😋. Sourness from sweet and tasty You can feel the alcohol in your mouth. It goes down smoothly. When I paired it with sardines It's a wonder! When I drank it alone The sourness and the alcohol taste disappeared! The bitterness of the sardines? When combined with It becomes sweeter 😄♪ Sweetness and umami expand and the sourness mellows out. It's so handsome 😍Oicy💕! Oh ❗️ Tochigi Ai ❤️ is the best place to eat ehoumaki this year too 🤗.
