Shinshu Kirei純米吟醸 山恵錦 蔵元限定
Seigo
Following the food sake relay the other day, here is a relay from Mimuro Sugi of a line of sake to be drunk slowly after the kids go to bed.
Souvenir from mom's father😊.
I haven't had Shinshu Kamerei in a while.
This is delicious to drink even if you think it's good 🤤.
Like a mix of green apple and grape? Freshness and slight gas that doesn't seem to be fire-roasted, mild acidity and bitter accent in the second half.
The first sip is clear, and as you take two or three sips, the flavor seems to take over. Delicious with every sip 😋.
Two couple strikes: ⚾️
On the second day, the flavors open up and it's even better❗️

Good evening, Seigo!
Drinking sake 🍶 slowly with a couple is a very special 😋 and a good time 🤗 and if it's Shinshu Kamerei in the middle of the ⚾️, there's no need to say anything!

Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😌I always look forward to seeing you and J&N as you always seem to be having fun. When we drink Shinshu Kamerei, we can talk about Mom's family and her father-in-law, which doubles the deliciousness 😉 Thank you.
