I received a cup of sake as a souvenir from Chichibu🤗It is a sugar-added sake.
It is slightly golden in color, slightly pale, and tastes like it has been aged for a while. It is a medium-bodied sake, but as you drink it, it seems to be a sweeter, slightly bitter sake. It has umami, and the mouthfeel is soft and easy to drink, just like I felt in Asahiyama. Thank you very much for the drink 😋.
