Finished listening to the online seminar, let's go!
Misina is closed on Mondays.
The yakitori restaurant I was introduced to last time was a bit far from Goryokaku, so I decided to go to a local restaurant I visited last time that was within walking distance.
It was late, so I called and asked if they had a counter.
We started with the same one-hour Goryokaku course as last time.
We started with a glass of Kunimare Honjozo, which was served with the appetizer, and then we started with Toyo Bijin, a Junmai Ginjo 50, which was a Jun Dai with a floral pattern last time.
Cold, refreshing, and delicious 🤤!
In no time at all, this small glass will be gone in just a few minutes!
We have a lot of sake tonight!
The waiter told us that a new one had recently arrived...

Bessan, there seem to be a lot of good restaurants in the Hakodate Goryokaku area.
I've found two of them, though.
This is another great store with a good selection... and great food 🤤.
Let's enjoy good drinks and food and celebrate 🥂!
