Rice Polishing Ratio: 50% for Koji rice, 60% for Kake rice
Rice used: 25% Yamadanishiki, 75% Gohyakumangoku
ALC 18-19 degrees
There is almost no aroma. In the mouth, there is not much of the carbonation and tongue stimulation characteristic of nama sake, and a slight lactic acid flavor can be felt. It is a gentle sake with a mild taste.
