Sushi Matsumoto in Itabashi, which I was able to get for the first time in a while. I really can't get a reservation. I used to go to Sushi Matsumoto once a month when I used to blurt out on social media that I had no reservations today. Now I've switched to OMAKASE and it seems to be a little easier to get a reservation, but it's still hard to get one.
I think it's like abandoning your wife, which is not a good thing for a restaurant! And I can't help but complain here...^^;.
Today's first sake is Niigata's Ryougo. It was my first time to drink this brand, but I quite liked it. It is refreshing like a summer sake, but also has a great flavor. I think this is the perfect food sake. My personal opinion... ^^;; I think it is a perfect food sake.
