❤️ Hunter 1️⃣ bottle
This year, besides nigori type sake, I would like to challenge myself a little bit with sake rice 😀.
Besides Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku, which are two of the most popular sake rice, I especially love Aizan and the sake rice of the region where it is brewed 😀.
Among them, here is the ❤️ challenge with Aizan 😀.
The first bottle was Aizan by Matsu no Tsukasa, who brewed Mizuki last year, a sake from Shiga that was brought to us by Kyukura and was delicious 😀.
Actually, it is chilled until just before drinking each time, but I take it in another glass to bring it to room temperature a little first, and the beautiful aroma is already wafting from there 😀.
It has a lovely aroma like well ripened melon or apple 😀.
When I put it back to room temperature and put it in my mouth, the fruitiness was even more rampant 🤣.
The fruity feeling that is characteristic of Aizan can be felt in both the aroma and the taste😇.
It was beautifully delicious and yet not cloyingly sweet and tasty, which made me happy 😀.
Actually, next to this bottle, there was a bottle of Omachi with the same specs, but I had to give up on the Omachi due to cellar reasons😅.
If I had more time, I would definitely like to compare different sake rice 😀.

I'm glad to hear that your impression is similar to mine 😀.
I still find it easier to taste and smell at room temperature, so I take a small amount and let it come to room temperature before drinking it 😀.
It's good to enjoy different temperatures as well. 🙆♂️
