Shin-GinPolishing ratio 60 Omachi Alcohol 16 Close to 85% polished rice. The sweetness is not as strong as at 60% milling ratio, and there is a good balance between bitterness and sweetness. It is strange that even with a sake degree of -4.4, it does not have a sweet taste. Successful experiment‼️.
