When I opened the bottle, there was a small opening sound.
The color is clear with a slight greenish tinge.
The nose is gentle, with a hint of green apple.
The mouthfeel is fresh and acidic.
The palate is juicy, but not cloyingly so, with sweetness, freshness of fresh acidity, creamy richness, and umami, which change sequentially, and the acidity stimulates the tongue with a chilli. The finish is smartly bitter and astringent.
The taste artistically changes from fresh sweetness and acidity to powerful richness and umami, and then to elegant bitterness.
It's so good!
The orikarami was good, but I think I prefer this one.

Alcohol Content:16%.
