Miyakanbai Junmai Daiginjo
I received this from Furusato tax payment.
I have wanted to try Miyakanbai since I learned about it in the manga "Izakaya Shinkansen" (Japanese comic book).
It is easy to understand and delicious!
It has a mild sweet and tasty acidity with a sharp taste. It can be enjoyed as a mealtime sake or on its own. It is a versatile sake.
I can't resist drinking it when it gets close to room temperature, even though it is said to have even more flavor at room temperature 😆.
Straight up, it was shot through with aplomb 😍.
