The second bottle was a sambuco.
I continued with an easy drinking sparkling. 😁
However, this San-do is 2021.
It was one that was hidden in the back of the fridge when I was dong the sake and wine that was in the fridge.
Maybe it had been lying in hibernation for a long time? I carefully opened it.
Relieved to find it opened normally. 😅
Poured it into a glass and it still has the same beautiful bubbles.
A sip reveals no aging, just the usual clean sweetness.
I am reminded once again that we have a good stock of not only Niimasa, but also Sansho, so if we store it well, it will be fine.
