haniwa56We had this sake at a sake festival. The toji himself was involved from the raw material rice to the brewing of this sake. It's a wonderful product. It tastes really good. It's as good as you'd expect. I wanted to buy some, but unfortunately it was not on sale that day. I would like to drink it again if I have a chance.
