Gin Kasuwasa🌾 in the sky
There are several sake rice varieties in Aomori, such as Hanafuki🌾, but only this Gin Karasu🌾 is suitable for growing in the Nanbu region (Pacific side of Aomori) where the climate is cooler due to the Yamase🍃.
The top aroma is softly sweet with a hint of rice.
In the mouth, there is a juicy sweetness of rice with a hint of acidity and umami.
It seems sweeter than most dry sake 🤔.
Among the Gin Karasu sake I've had so far, this sake is as good as Hato Masamune's White Dove 😊.
