bouken
It is an unusual triple type of No77 yeast (malic acid), Yamahai yeast (lactic acid), and white malted rice (citric acid).
It has a strong sourness, so much so that it feels sour, but it is not unpleasant. It also has a sweet taste. It tastes better if it is not too cold.

Good evening, bouken😄.
The specs on the back label make me brave to buy it lol.
It's much easier to drink and tastier than when it was first released 😋💕︎

Hi T.KISO 😃
I was a little hesitant when I saw the liquor store's product introduction, but when I tried it, it was surprisingly tasty with a good balance of acidity 😋I guess my senses are buggy after drinking some strong weirdo liquor at the offline meeting 🤣.
