Last year it was Jyushidai Daijyoku Kamigami Nama Ryu no Tobiko, but this year it is Bessen Morohaku! I'm so happy.
It has a fruity (pineapple for me) aroma, sweetness, and a nice, square acidity, and the kind of not-too-pushy umami that I like.
I tried to text the flavor by smelling it, rolling it around in my mouth, and picking up the individuality as it passed down my throat, but it was so well-balanced that it was difficult to verbalize, and it was gone in no time.
You can drink as much as you want.
I don't even need a pick-me-up.
