Dinner at home.
A visitor sent us a message about a tributary of the Shimanto River, Yusuhara River
I got a wild ayu (frozen from the previous year's catch).
So I combined it with Tosa-Shiragiku.
It was the same as the Shusen Eiko's Morning Shibori I drank the other day
It's like a strain, fruity and
It's fresh and sharp.
It has a little bit of gas and it is easy to drink.
You can enjoy the fragrance of Yusuhara River with salted grilled fish.
It was a refreshing wash down with thin ice.
