Summer has passed, but I was curious about this sake, so I bought it.
I bought it, and it is my first Nambu Bijin!
It is crisp, but easy to drink!
It is spicy, but I don't think it is sharp at all.
I have been drinking a lot of sweet sake lately, so this may be just the right palate cleanser.
