The nose is grapefruit.
When you include it, it is smooth and juicy grapefruit, not chili. It's really a juice, this one... you can drink it all the time.
When chilled and quiked, it's more pink grapefruit-like, and when it gets a little closer to room temperature, it's lemonade 🍋.
I like this increased acidity! The sweet and sour is condensed and thickened, I like it.
